Monday 101108

New Template starting this week based on the fact that I ‘m not getting my two runs per week in:

Monday – Squat/Levers
Tuesday – Run
Wednesday – Press
Thursday – Deadlift
Friday – Run

So dropping Bench out for now.

Also will probably test my current 1RM in three weeks.
