*Doing Press on Day 2 of Wendler now, but today combined Day 1 and 2 so I can just do PCF Fast Runners Club tomorrow.

5×50 Pullups
10 GHD Situps
5×50 Ring Dips
3×50 Pullups
10 GHD Situps
5×50 Ring Dips
2×50 Pullups
10 GHD Situps

Notes: Real happy with the Squat and Press on the last sets, the T1RM are WAY over what I tested at on week 10. Now I just need to get good at running.
