Notes: These felt pretty good.
Run

5 Min on, 2:30 Min off, 6 Min on, 3 Min off, 7 Min on.. Done.
All out maximal efforts.
Notes: Distances were about 1200m, 1200m, 1400m based off the 800m course and a few laps around the block. Didn’t feel horrible, as I was really focusing on “effortless” running: soft foot strike, hips forward slightly, pull the foot up, quick turnover. I need to get comfortable at slower paces and longer distances. I think that I was feeling pretty good for most of this.
