Last WOD for a while

I’m totally crushed. Everything hurts: low back, ankle, shins, shoulders, traps. These Catalyst Athletics WODs crushed me. I wasn’t prepared for this level of volume.

So I’m going to take a few days off and reassess what I want to do as far as my programming. I might jump into the OPT WODs that Jon, Mark, Erika and Aaron have been doing or I might go back to my 5 day plan of:

Mon – Run
Tue – Oly/Powerlifting
Wed -Rest
Thu – PCF WOD
Fri – PCF WOD
Sat – PCF WOD
Sun – Rest

We’ll see how I feel after a few more days off.
