15 Squat Cleans, 135 lbs
30 Toes to Bar
30 Box Jump, 24 in.
15 Muscle Ups (No sub for Muscle Ups, the scale is skipping them)
30 Dumbbell Push Press, 40 lbs
30 Double Unders
15 Thrusters, 135 lbs
30 Pullups
30 Burpees
100 ft. Overhead walking lunges, 45 lbs plate
