Notes: Pretty happy with this, didn’t POSE much b/c of the calves, but still moved ok on the runs. Key on the SDLHP was keeping the shoulders down and back, put me in a much better position to explode at the top. All situps and SDLHP unbroken.

Was running around in the afternoon so just grabbed some nuts from Starbucks. It’s probably pretty close to calorically neutral compared to my normal 18P/11C/33F.
