Notes: So rearranged my PR Spreadsheet so that I can track Oly Lifting, Power Lifting, Rowing, Gymnastic Skills, and Running separate from Benchmark WODs. This should allow me to see changes (both positive and negative) in my training regimen as it specifically relates to this stuff.

Need to go back and dig through some old WODs to get a baseline, but the stuff I can’t find quickly, I’ll just do again, wouldn’t hurt.
