  1. Epsom salt bath post massage is key. It helps your body get rid of all the lactic acid that was released from your muscles.

  2. I don’t have a bathtub, but when me and Jenn move, I’m going to buy a big trash can to put on the balcony. I’ll just fill that with ice and water and chill out there 🙂

  3. I hear kiddie pools work well, too. And depending on who pays your hot water bill, you can attach a garden hose to most sinks and run hot water to the kiddie pool to make a psuedo hot tub. We may or may not have done this during senior week of college. With 5 pools and 2 slip and slides.
