New WOD Breakdown

So going to try a new split on my WODs. Goal is to work hard on my weaknesses. So you’ll see some not to frequently seen movements, some CF Football WODs, and some CFE WODs.

Also, going to do the following split:

Mon Goat WOD, Heavy – unfamiliar movements, weight vest, and/or Crossfit Football WOD
Tue Goat WOD, Run – unfamiliar movements with running or just running (I’ll swap Mon/Tue every week)
Wed Rest – Skill work
Thu PCF or CF WOD
Fri PCF or CF WOD
Sat PCF or CF WOD
Sun Rest

This is similar to what Pat Sherwood, Jeff Tincher, and a few other guys have been doing. I think the 2/1/3/1 will also give me more time for “life” stuff.

Will always keep in mind the Theoretical Template of Crossfit Programming to pick the mix of movements.
