New Diet Plans

Diet

Going to work on tightening the diet up. Going to up the low glycemic carbs as much as I can and try to hit:

Total: 18P/12C/36F

4P/2C/10F
5P/5C
2P/1C/5F
5P/3C/11F
2P/1C/5F

Most important thing I’m going to try to remember is: IF IT DOESN’T WORK, STOP DOING IT!!!!

So if this macronutrient breakdown isn’t showing results, I’ll change it by adding/subtracting protein or carbs.

  2. Thanks again for the zone wisdom (eat more fat). It’s been paying off during the workouts. Noticable drops on WOD times. I think I have to subtract carbs a little bit due to a 5 lb weight gain, but if that effects performance negatively, I’ll just keep the five pounds. I’ve been eating raw almonds like a fucking hippie. Also, the wife makes a dominant guacamole that gets my mouth pregnant.
