Notes: Hips were really tight, probably from driving 5 hours on Friday and another 5 hours on Sunday.

Fat was up, still having these weird hunger pangs – not something I can just ignore as they are powerful.

Open to suggestions here…

  1. try downing downing 1C of broccoli – 3 cups fills me up like none other. Makes me not want to eat for hours. That or 10 heads of lettuce… just throwing that out there.

  2. WWTD? What would Tony do / say? He’s say you be eatin’ too much fruit and not enough bulky greens. Heck, even through in some moderately dense veggies like tomatoes and squash/zucchini etc.

  3. Also, if you are doing AM WODs, try to get your post WOD nutrition like our man Robb Wolf says- as close to dextrose/glucose (not fructose, ie, fruit) as you can. And you can eat some more starchy food at this time as well. Jon and Aaron have really gotten into the sweet pototoes after WODs. Aaron is claiming better recovery.

    Also, how about a more meals, just smaller 4 blocks instead of the larger 5 block ones? I used to put down 4 and 5 block meals and it would leave me feeling whacked.
