Notes: The prescribed style for the KTE was no kipping, which was hard for me to do since we always kip at PCF.

A little over on carbs, but I ballparked the extra on the garlic and peppers. Since they aren’t that dense, not really a big deal. They were in olive oil, so there were probably a lot more blocks of fat in that then carb blocks.
