090118 PCF WOD
For Time:
5 Rounds*
Row 500m
Rest as needed between rounds.
Post time to comments.
*The 1100 class only did 4 rounds b/c of time.

1:31 (PR)
1:36
1:42
1:38

Notes: Felt pretty good on this, but overall it was a punishing WOD. Was right behind Aaron on the first round, dead heat on the 2nd (literally, we both got 136.2 seconds), he beat me by about 4 seconds in round 3, then I beat him by 1 or 2 seconds on the last round.

Needed some serious chow after that row workout this morning, so overdid it a touch (or a lot) on brunch after that. Put together some low-carb/low-fat tuna salad tonight and am going to make some chili tomorrow, so should be good for the rest of the week.

  2. Cool site Brian, thanks for posting your meals. I still have so much to learn about diet. When you eat hard boiled eggs do you eat the yoke? Thanks. Pete

  3. Ryan – I made that chile today, delicious!

Pete – I eat the whole egg, but I count the fat blocks in eggs (as opposed to most Zoners). For every egg, I count 1 block and 3.67 blocks fat.
