Finally got motivated by Coach Glassman to weigh and measure IOT successfully approach the Zone Diet. So here goes:
2200 1 cup 1% milk
1 scoop Muscle Milk Protein Powder
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
9 cashews
Blocks: 2 P/2 C/3 F
Woops! One too man fat blocks. Will work on that as we go along in the first weeks.
