I’m going to start to keep better track of the Monostructural (M), Gymnastic (G), and Weightlifting (W) components of my WOD, per the Theoretical Template.

50 sit-ups
50 KB Swings 35/25 lbs
50 Thrusters 45/35 lbs
50 Ball Slams 20/14 lbs
8 laps DB or KB farmers walk 40-50/20-35 lbs
Use uneven weights for the farmers walk. Complete in any order.

Notes: Pretty happy with this, thrusters and farmer’s walk were the weak spots. Lots of people enjoyed this one though.

First time in a while I’ve hit my blocks right on. However, I’m still not counting cooking fat as fat blocks. Probably not that much for the fish I made, but something to be aware of. I am feeling like I’m starting to see some performance gains even though this weekend was pretty rough.
